When does Holyoke North get together?
We get together on Wednesday at 7am for 90 minutes.

Where is this event held?
We have a large, sunny meeting room in the Celebration House of Jericho House in Holyoke. Located between Holyoke and Northampton centers at 537 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA.

Who can attend?

  • Professionals such as insurance adjusters, attorneys, physicians, sales associates and more

  • Business owners or their representatives (of every type of business)

How often can I attend?
Anyone can visit two times prior to making a commitment to the group.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • You will want us to remember you and refer business to you. Bring at least 40 business cards and or brochure/flyer type of information to share.

  • A positive attitude and open mind

  • Your questions for other business owners and professionals (to see a list of the people you will meet Click Here) the membership link

  • Your questions about BNI and Holyoke North BNI

What will be expected of me?
   We will support you in having an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
   We dress for business (casual to formal).
   We each share a 60 second statement about our business using the following 

   elements:

  1. Your name and business name

  2. Tag line (if any)
    What you do...i.e. clean carpets, business consulting, massage, nutrition

  3. Perhaps something unique about you or the experience of working with you

  4. What would be a good referral for you this week....A good referral for me is (and fill in the blank)

  5. Listen to a few 60 second commercial samples

That is about it. Easy

 

What should I expect to happen at the event?

  • We begin with about 10 or 15 minutes of open time for networking

  • Our president opens the event with announcements, raffle and other information.

  • The education coordinator shares information and insights to help with  networking, referrals and other great stuff.

  • We each share our 60-second commercial

  • We typically have two 7-minute in depth commercials by members

  • Sharing of testimonials for the fine service of fellow members

  • Adjourn
